- Screen time data: daily screen time you manually enter
- Comments: short notes you optionally attach to your posts
- Follow relationships: users you follow and users who follow you
- Usage data: information about how you use the App, such as post history and streak counts. We do not collect device identifiers or tracking data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Display your posts and profile to users you approve
- Enable social features such as following and notifications
- Improve the App

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the App (e.g., Supabase, Apple Sign In).

Your posts and profile are visible to:
- All users, if your account is set to public
- Only approved followers, if your account is set to private

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Japan.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
